1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Within Rajasthan: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–10 business days
• International orders: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery address, and courier partner rates. Free shipping may apply on bulk or promotional orders.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared via email/SMS.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
