Refund & Return Policy – kalaashaorganics

At Kalaasha Organics, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our organic products, certain conditions apply.

1. Return Eligibility

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
Perishable, customized, or bulk-ordered items are non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product at kalaasha.ecom@gmail.com.
Once verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product receipt and inspection.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
